When playing in a format where your deck ( library ) is 99 cards and youre only allowed to play 1 copy of any card that isnt a basic land, the odds of drawing the card you need when you need it are pretty slim, usually ending up between just 1 and 2 percent during a game of Commander
If you have a card shop near you, they probably sell all of this stuff and you can help out a local business
